So it looks like I don’t have to buy a game system after all. At least if the reason for buying one was to play Guitar Hero III. That’s right, Guitar Hero III is now available for Macs (with Intel). The game comes with one guitar, a strap, and sticker decor and will cost about $70, which is that same price as it is on other gaming platforms.

When you think Mac, you usually don’t think video games, but I think Mac has been trying to change that. Between Guitar Hero III for OS X and Super Monkey Ball for the iPhone, Mac is starting land big game titles for their products. I think a lot of it has to do with Mac having Intel now. Macs are basically unstoppable now. But what else is new.

Well I’m getting all settled in my new domain “Level 4: The Underworld”, otherwise known as “This is the fourth place I’ve lived within a year and a half and it’s a basement.”

So, I’ve been spending that past week getting stuff moved in, now it’s time to organize. I’m staring out with the couch and entertainment area. I’m very much going for a living room feel. Here’s a pic of the first trial:

I’m going to start a restaraunt called the International House Of Toast.

So my good friend Mike just texted to let me know that Capcom is going to release Mega Man 9 for download on the Wii. The game will show it’s true form with original 8-bit graphics. Those of you who know me, know that I am a huge Mega Man fan and side scroll gamer, so you can imagine how excited I was to hear about this. Below is a link with details about the game. Enjoy!

So I’ve found two reasons to start watching TV again.

Reason 1: Wipeout

Wipeout is a show that is pretty self explanitory. People run through crazy obstacles and wipeout. Much like the show you saw on Spike TV this show has americans (instead of asians) competing against eachother for some kind of cash prize. Fun stuff. Yesterday the contestants were on 20 foot high columns abover water and had to jump over this spinning tooth brush looking thing called “The Spikes of Doom!”. It was amazing.

Reason 2: I Survived A Japanese Game Show

This show is more of a progressive elimination style. It starts out with 10 american contestants, who separate into two teams and compete in these crazy competitions on a japanese game show called “Hai! Majide!”. After each day of competition, the team that loses has to pick two people to be eliminated. These two people have to battle eachother in a one on one competition to stay alive on the show or else it’s “Sainara!” Winner takes home $250,000.

So I dunno about you guys, but who thinks it would be sweet if the head from The Cave of Wonders sang lead vocals in a metal band?

Phineas and Ferb is a cartoon about two step brothers, who are really bored, genius inventors, that are always faced with the delema of what they are going to do during summer. Also they have a pet platypus that doubles as a secret agent, and a nosey sister who tries to tell on Phineas and Ferb for creating monstrous robots and crazy inventions, but usually all the evidence is gone by the time their mom comes home. Makes for a great show.

This is a clip from the episode called “I, Brobot”. Basically Phineas and Ferb create clone robots of themselves to do all the inventing for them. They have one remote that controls them all, which consists of a work button and dance button. This video is obviously not in English, but I thought the song sounded better this way. Enjoy!

So Vimeo is like the “Facebook” of YouTube. It’s pretty much all sweetness. Not trashy (yet). I especially recommend watching the videos in their HD section. Good stuff.

I currently have two videos uploaded. I find that the only downfall of Vimeo is the limited space per week they give you, but I guess per week isn’t all that bad. I suppose they do that to keep people from uploading whatever they want every half a second. It will just take them longer now. MuahahaHAHA!

So I guess that kind of ruins the whole Vimeo is awesome speech, but it still is. Whatever. Check out Vimeo,……but only if you want to be cool.
